Worse hotel and fraud owner I booked a room on 4 june 2019 with advanced payment for 7 june stay,but they refused to give us room when we arrived there on 7 june, owner force us to buy a another room with higher price,no one asked for water even, service is terrible,room and toilet is dirty,no other facility is there,not even tea or coffee,even for water u have to purchase it,I personally recommend everyone not to stay there at any condition,many other options are there go for that but never opt for this terrible hotel,ur mood get spoil,....all are frauds...greedy...no staff is there... everything is Just too bad in this hotel....

The hotel is well located just next to the main bus stand near the Shrine board office. The room are okay but their service is not so good. Hotels in Katra generally lack professional training in customer service.

View downside was good from the hotel , room was also good but there is no exhaust in washroom due to this it is little stinky even staff there was not good and even there is no power backup.But if you have low budget you may choose it.

Very bad hotel for stay with family. I booked this hotel on 4 the and 5 th may 2018. The staff is not co-operative , especially managaer and supervisor are very rude in behavior. Food quility is very bad . Room Conditions are not good and very damged toilets and bathroom. Lots of leakage in bathroom taps . It's Zero * property don't stay here . I complained about all to manager but they never mind . If guest need breakfast early they will said breakfast timing is after 9.30. They don't care for there customer this are just running this hotel for making money without providing any facility. Wifi is not working in rooms .for wifi come to reception area and then use WIFI. So overall exp was very bad stying here so don't go for this hotel.
